"Small View with Floral Aroma" (kit. ,) is a Chinese red tea from the vicinity of the Wuishan Mountains in the north of Fujian Province.
During the manufacturing process, xiaozhuns undergo an operation called "go hong go" or "passing the red cauldron". This short but intense warm-up is 2-3 minutes at 200 degrees. Thanks to him, xiaozhuns have a characteristic leaf color and a "fiery" taste. The words Hua Xiang — "floral fragrance" — indicate that tea has a pronounced floral aroma due to the class of raw materials and the presence of golden tips.
Aroma: bright, with warm, floral-honey and bread shades.
