An elegant, massive knife for neatly delaminating pu-erh — Chadao pancakes (Kit. 茶刀, pinyin pǔ'ěr chádāo). Awls gently exfoliate tea leaves. The fewer crumbs formed in the process, the cleaner and softer the infusion will be. Dimensions: 16 cm in length, 2 cm in diameter. Material: wood, metal.
