Green Chinese tea from Fujian province. The name Mao Jian Ye Sheng (Chinese: 毛尖野生, Wild Fleecy Peaks) speaks of the wild origin of this tea. This is clearly felt in the taste and aroma of tea: a bright, rich profile with a subtle acidity. At the same time, only small and tender shoots were selected to preserve the tenderness and delicacy of green tea.
The aroma of a dry leaf: bright, fresh, slightly spicy, with a slight flowery. Subtle fruity and vanilla notes with spices.
